This week I’m thinking about your skills and qualities. The things that you’re good at and the things how you do them.
Think about each thing you do, each contribution and each achievement, as a hill or mountain in the landscape of your career. As you look closer, you’ll see that each is made up of skills and qualities and actions.
Take a look at this short video (it’s less than 2 minutes) to find out how to discover the gold in there than can help you thrive in your career.
As you’d imagine, I help a lot of my clients prepare for interviews and presentations.

Three Cs of Interview:
If you can make sure you’ve got the three C’s covered, you might be like one of my clients who came back from her first interview for a number of years and said “I enjoyed that”.
To give you an idea of the journey she’d been on, six weeks previously when we first met, her face went white with fear when we mentioned interviews.
I’m going to focus on the Confident and Comfortable this week and this short video will give you three strategies that will help you to do this.
In this week’s blog I’ve got a great tip to help you sell yourself comfortably, without feeling like you are.
It will be hugely beneficial to you in interviews, performance appraisal conversations and with prospective customers or clients.
