This three stage programme builds increasing expertise in your staff which will increase their motivation and performance, creating better results for the business and for them personally.

Staff Development Level 1, Foundations

The foundation level programme is about building confidence in your staff to take responsibility for and ownership of their career, reducing the onus on you as their manager / employer and getting better results from your staff.
