Why do it?

If you really want to make progress, you need people around you who are on your side, with whom you can share ideas and who will challenge you to do even better – possibly even give you a kick up the bum when you need it!

As a business owner, sometimes you don’t have someone to do those things. As your business coach I will do exactly that - and more, sharing strategies and helping you plan the actions that will take your business to where you want it to be.

How does it work?

Personal Professional Development is an investment of your time and your money – and you will see a return on that investment if you follow through with the action plans you create with me.

Focussed sessions: We work one-to-one either face to face or by telephone / web meeting

How long: sessions last around an hour, but we’ll always stop at an appropriate point – after all, you’re investing in the benefits you get, not the time you spend.

How often: this really depends on what’s most appropriate for you to make the progress you want. Typically we might start by meeting fortnightly (perhaps even more often) and as time goes on reduce to monthly or even less often.
